The Tower 4374 pressure cooker, is made from aluminium construction and has a 4 L (7.1 pint) capacity. It features a single weight, pressure ready indicator and safety auto-locking lid.

Simply fill the pressure cooker with the food or liquid to be cooked and fit the lid by turning the lid handle in a clockWise direction until it lines up with the body handle, which locks the lid firmly in place. Now you are ready to start cooking. Once the cooking time is complete, release the steam quickly by placing the pressure cooker beneath cold running water. Once all the pressure has been released, turn the lid handle anti-clockWise to release it.
